Arthur is the best at what he does! he is closest to us and is one of the few excellent shoe repairs in Queens. I gave him my $20 shoes and he made them look brand new! It took him 10 minutes to finish my shoes and he even changed my watch battery while I was waiting. This is by far the best shoe store I've ever been to!!

I don't understand the review under mine... he does an excellent job and he is well trusted in this community. If he was dishonest, I don't think his place would still be standing. He's simply the best in this neighborhood and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my shoes, watches, or photos. He's very honest and puts his heart into his work and gives the best prices, better than Jamaica, Brooklyn, or Manhattan, hands down. Thats all I have to say!

Blatantly overcharges and is cheap. I needed a single tiny screw on my watch band which he charged me something like $80 for. I was traveling and didn't have any other options to get it fixed. I asked him to ship it to me once it was finished which he agreed on ($6) but then did not insure the package. It was lost by USPS (never depend on them for anything either) and he took no accountability for not having insured it. My $300 watch will never be seen again, neither will the money I paid to repair it. Wildly frustrating situation on so many levels.
