The day one, it switched from Medco, the problems began!! A terrible delivery that is completely slow, not arriving on time!! I had to call Dr office to have refill using local pharmacy! Their communication with office is regarding the prescription is flat out lie, I called 3 offices and asked them if they received any notification from Express scripts, they stated they have not received anything from them at all although online it says 'we are waiting for your doctor' I don't know where the heck they are calling or who!! It caused a lot of delays, ironically online should be faster right? Well, if those incompetent staff is in charge, anything is doomed to be delayed or to be done wrong!! They don't respond online queries on time, some paperwork to be done for online delivery are so awful. Believe or not, I had to switch back to retail pharmacy because of inept express scripts!! Hope, they go bankrupt soon!

Disaster Dr office say they faxed the script but Express script says no. Express script operator says that they are not required to contact me if there was a problem.Waited two week and when I called them they said that my Dr did not fax back The lady from express script did not try to resolve the issue and she was in a hurry to end the conversation. Local pharmacy was much better. Now I am without medication.

I find Expres Scripts a terrible inconvenience. I have contacted them a multitude of times regarding prescription issues and conflicts and never seem to be able to speak with a knowledgable representative. I would much rather pay a little more and deal directly with my local pharmacist.

hate them! im sooooo glad my employer terminated our insurance, because they are THE WORST! every other prescription, i had to have a doctor call it in, even though i have a WRITTEN PRESCRIPTION from the doctor already! after 3 refills, they make u use their crappy mail order system, which again, doctor has to call in to verify prescription. as i said, my insurance got terminated 12/31 and i had a script written out 12/30 and had the dr call in it so i could have it before my ins. terminated. was told it would arrive 1/7, specifically asked the rep would this be of any issue being that my ins. terminates 12/31, she stated no. called today, they said it wasnt enough time to process! said the rep should of advised i got it filled at the pharmacy! and these fools did not call me or send me a letter OR ANYTHING! i am beyond pissed. i am so glad i do not have to deal with these clowns anymore and their constant hassles. now im out of a prescription that i could have gotten before my ins. ended. and of course they did nothing about it, even though they admitted fault!

The worst. They are only interested in deterring you from pursuing any claims. I had a problem getting a medicine approved. I have been taking this medicine for months. It is prescribed by my specialist, a leader in his field. They decided not to cover it without an appeal. The absurdity of the appeal is that the patient can write it, and it gets reviewed by someone who may not even have any special expertise regarding your illness. Furthermore, they have a list of medications on their website that are not covered - and mine is not one of them. So essentially I am paying for a service that they will not provide, and they don't even keep their subscribers informed of their policies. Of course, it took me 50 minutes on the phone to get to the bottom of it. Unbelievable.
