Been coming to this furniture store almost 15 years and the customer service is always amazing! They work with you and it helps that the prices are affordable. Unfortunately the new changes(including the new faces) that's been happening recently, has tarnished my view of this company.

Tuesday 11/3/15 Let me start off by saying Jesus was a gentleman when we entered the store to purchase furniture for my oldest son. Right away he showed the best bed set I was looking for. Ok, I was pleased with the set and the customer service so I made my purchase in full. I went to another store to look for a bedroom set for my younger son, I didn't find anything in my price range for him at that store so I decided to go back and look in their warehouse. When I returned there was a bed/dresser I found and a dining room set. I spent over $3,000 in this store. Now here comes the part that killed me. Jesus originally told me to pay the delivery driver$120 for my first purchase. So upon us coming back to add more stuff he told me to now pay $180 for everything. I said cool ok. I made sure to ask if the info was correct. I said so don't pay 120 just pay them 180 and he said yes make sure you pay them when everything is delivered and set up. Delivery was scheduled for Friday 11/6/15 but Anthony called me the next day saying the furniture came in and if they could deliver it that day. So I didn't want to accept it until that Friday but my husband said to let them come. He met them at the house and they didn't put anything together, he was told they would put everything together on Friday and he paid them the delivery fee. (that pissed me off) Well, Friday never came and we waited all day Saturday and nothing came. So Monday they finally showed up and my youngest son's bed ended up broken. I was told they would replace the whole set, which they didn't. So now we have to wait. When they put my oldest son's bed together they broke a draw in his headboard and that had to be replaced. So now when the store calls me to say they will send another driver with the furniture which was 2 wks later this guy is looking for a delivery fee of $120. I'm like no you need to contact the store because that fee has been paid already. So he even said they were wrong for calling him to do the job that Neil ( the driver) didn't finish. I had to deal with these people for 3 weeks while my lil boy was sleeping on his mattresses cause that's the only part of his bedroom set that was in his room. So much was said and done with these people that I'll be here all day typing and I can't. I will never deal with them again or recommend any friends or family. I would have rather spend the money at these expensive stores and get my stuff on time rather than these people. But they say you get what you pay for and boy did I. :-(

Jonathan is informative, a good listener, and has a great personality. I was undecided on whether to get a sofa set or a sectional. Jonathan made that decision easy for me, I will be back for anyother piece of furniture I will need in the future as long as Jonathan is there. He is a great asset to your company.. Thx again..

I had a wonderful experience working with Juan, he was very patient, professional and very helpful.I had called ahead to only purchase one (1) item but when I went into the store, I also saw another item that I fell in love with. Overall, my experience shopping with Express Furniture Warehouse was awesome. I would recommend it to anyone.

Got damaged furniture set from display after the sales Representative told me I'm not. Delivery guy used sharpie to fix problem, went in next day and manager and sales Representative reassured me in a month I will get damaged pieces changed for special order new pieces. After going back and fort for 3 months now hearing the furniture will here this and that date. I lost myself expressing why my furniture isn't here yet. Then rep pretented to be on his phone with someone important only to say after it was his girlfriend. I lost it again then he told me the only way he can get in contact with someone higher is through email. What world are we living in if a big company like this communicates through email. Sorry I spent my money here
