When I call, I am placed on a long hold, before being told they will call to schedule an "interview" - They never call.
I have used Express for many years, in different states and never had a bad experience, until attempting the JC Express office. I had to call an office from a previous state (where I have a good relationship) and I had them call JC Express, to no avail.
They are lazy and unprofessional.

The team at Express are very professional. I sent my resume over to them when I was of out of work. Within a day or so, they called me in to schedule an interview. I was able to do my application online at home, so when I went in to interview, they easily printed it out. After being interviewed by a recruiter and waiting a few days, they called me for a 1 week temp assignment. I almost turned them down, but in today's economy, I need to work. So I took the job. That one week assignment turned into a 1 month assignment. After successfully completing that assignment, they sent me on another assignment that is long term! I am so thankful for Express because now I can provide for my family. The staff is always very friendly and accomodating to me. I signed up direct deposit which is great! I am now eligible for vacation and holiday pay, along with medical insurance. I can't say enough good things about Express. They have come through for me and had a job that fit exactly what I wanted to do.

BAD PEOPLE don't deal with them Crystal Chorcado email me told me there was a job called next day job was taken and did not want to get on phone leaving me to her email and a very unprofessional email to me they should not be in business dealing with people they are a scam company

***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!****They keep posting, and re-posting, a position that I am more than qualified for, and could really use in this tough economic time, and they choose to ignore my emails and resume. When I called to ask them why they are doing that, the woman said to me, "Well, we get hundreds of resumes a day." Yes I know, that's the idea, since your an employment agency and all! They feel that they are justified in ignoring job-seekers. AND then they think they have the right to take a fee from the employers! WoW! It's just so amazing how they think that they are sitting on a throne or something. Yeah you're sitting in a cubicle like the rest of us, so get off your high horse! ***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!****
