My daughter took in a pair of new slacks to be hemmed. They returned them to her with one leg longer than the other and told her she had to pay again if she wanted it fixed because it was not their fault - it came that way!!!! Huh???
And to the lady with several pieces destroyed ---you should have taken them to court...along with a copy of all the Yelp reviews. But once they started giving you back your clothing with stains that were not there previously or otherwise destroying your things, you should not have returned there for service. It is not convenient or cheaper to use a business that winds up costing you more money to replace your things - remember that.
