EXPRESS CAR SERVICE

Usually a good service. They pick up mostly on time, drivers are friendly, and they have fair pricing, I call them at least 3 times a week because I have a tendency of running late for everything. Sadly, they have lost a customer. I was treated so disrespectfully today by the dispatcher, got hung up on rudely- twice (one on my mother and then on me). This is not the first time I have been treated like this, and have held off on it, but I will be promptly be filing a complaint with Taxi and Limousine commission, as they have several other violation such as forcing people to share a cab even when they have asked not to. Additionally, they lie to their customers about arrival times. It's terrible really, especially when I have been such a faithful customer.

This car service does not even deserve 1 star i wish there was an option to give it below 0 stars!
I called express car service to take me and my family to Coney Island we were waiting by 92nd street. I had my wife and two children with me The dispatcher told me a car will be there in 15 minutes. It was a very hot day at least 90 degrees. 15 minutes passed and the car did not come, 30 minutes passed and the car did not come, 1 hour passed and the car did not come. At this point i called the car service and the phone kept on ringing with no answer. I waited 10 minutes and called again still no answer. I waited 10 more minutes called again no answer. I gave up. I walked to Nathans which was a 15 minute walk and my poor family was dehydrated and we all felt like we had heat stroke. I called my way car service when we got to Nathans and they sent me a car right away as promised, thank god. Just out of curiosity i called express car service a few hours later and amazingly they pick up the phone. I asked why the car never came and why no one picked up the phone? His response was he went on a break lol. Can you believe how unprofessional this car service is????
They never sent a car, left my family with my children suffering in the heat and went on a break.
I will report this to the TLC and i hope this company goes out of business real soon.

Unbelievable, told me that they'd bethere in 5 mins, waited for half an hour and they still weren't there, ended up taking a bus.

Told me 5 mins waited outside over 20 in 34 degree freezing cold. Driver wouldn't even say sorry. Don't call or if u do no need to tip.
