Called the company and the said they would be there in 30 minutes, and the driver was there exactly in 30 minutes! The car was clean, and the driver was very welcoming! I called another time and got the same service! Absolutely love express 11! Will always be using them☺️

Forget about taking this taxi. No matter if you pre-booked, you call at the airport and they have to come from Brooklyn!!. 40 minutes waiting, rude drivers and owner. Risky driving. And not economic at all.

Do not call these guys.. we been waiting for over 40 mins for a cab. The dispatch first say 7 mins then 2 mins and then 5 mins again and then when I call again... they keep me on hold.. if they r so call busy they should just say they r to busy..
