I have bought carpets and linoleum from them. If you are not satisfied you can call and ask for the manager and he will see to it that you are.
Do not make agreements with their installer to pay more for a service you have already paid for. I have pretty much met all of their installers. They are all honest and hardworking except for one but I cannot remember his name...but I do remember his front teeth had a gap...that one is a shark and will convince anyone that there is a balance of some kind. Other than him I really do not have any complaints.
