I've been a customer of ExpertPcGroup (Expert) for over 15 years and have nothing but praise for their competence, persistence and dedication to getting the job done.

I sent one friend to Jimmy because of a virus on her PC. Jimmy removed it in one day and she couldn't be more pleased with the service.

A neighbor had a problem of a non-booting computer and little money to spend on fixing it. I took him to Jimmy who looked at it and said, rather than repairing this older machine for $75-$90, I can sell you a refurbished higher power PC for $75. My friend couldn't resist this valued offer. But after a few weeks this machine developed problems. Unlike many other dealers who would take a hands off position, Jimmy said to bring it back whereby he replaced it with another working machine which is still going strong after 9+ months.

So, I have nothing but high praise for Expert, Jimmy and his competent staff.
Having sent a number of friends to him over the years, confident they would be treated in a truly service oriented manner by Expert.

Found out about this place from a friend and decided to get my laptop fixed. The staff were really friendly and the the prices were fairly reasonable. I literally just dropped my laptop off and received a call a couple of hours later telling me my laptop is fixed and ready. Will come to do business again!

I'm no expert but Expert Pc Group has rescued my pc from all sorts of damages. They helped me recovered my files after removing many ransomware viruses. This is without a doubt a five star business and without their help I would be typing this or anything . I brought my computer in for fixing and the amount of time i spent here had to have been a total of 7 minutes from drop-off to pick up. Everthing was streamlined and well-explained. I was told 1-2 days for service. Expert pc Group is down to earth and amazing. They really go the extra mile to explain to you what went wrong and why your computer is acting up that way. Not only that I'm getting my computer fixed but I'm also getting an educational experience.Their prices are very fair and the wait time was only a few days. Saved me on ridiculous shipping fees and months of waiting had i decided to ship it back to Lenovo..

Their technicians are extremely friendly and careful when taking care of my computer. Highly recommend them for the go to technician for any repairs or issues. I always tell my friends and family to go and they also get the same amazing experience that I receive. It's a no brainer why they've been around for more than a decade.
