Most unprofessional. did not show up on over 8 committed appointments - when a 4 hour time slot had been given by him. He has not completed the task he has started - - and I have to now find someone else to complete the job. What a shame.

after unsuccessfully trying to schedule two other repair shops to come over to fix my sub-zero fridge, i tried these guys. they scheduled same day appointment and got me working again in two hours. i am very happy with the service and would definitely use them again and recommend them for any fridge repair work.
