BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! THESE PEOPLE AGREED TO DO THE JOB AND THEN CANCELLED A FEW DAYS BEFORE DEMANDING AN UPFRONT DEPOSIT EVEN THOUGH I WAS TOLD I DIDNT HAVE TO IN THE BEGINNING UNTIL THE MOVE WAS DONE! THEIR VERY MONEY HUNGRY!! DO NOT USE IF YOU WAN'T TO GET RIPPED OFF! OR DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!

BEWARE! THEY NEVER SHOWED AND NEVER CONTACTED ME! This company cost me a plane flight from my home in NYC to Rochester NY where i was moving the contents of my mother's home to another city. I took time off from work. I confirmed before I left to meet them and they said they would be there. Again, they never showed and didn't even have the decency to answer my calls. When I finally reached them they said they decided to cancel the contract because of where the home was located---something they understood before hand. The house is in a suburban neighborhood, by the way. STAY AWAY FROM THEM unless you want to be frustrated and ripped off.

thieving jerks. They kiss your ass and then try to hold your things hostage to demand triple the payment agreed upon.

The owner even called me (after I called a government reporting hotline about my things being held hostage) and left nasty threatening voicemails, and the one time I did answer threatened me directly.

DO NOT USE.

The absolute worst moving experience EVER!!!! Avoid the moving team from the country (not state) of GEORGIA. The one english speaking member of the three man team is the biggest crook in the world. My initial estimate quickly increased $1500. After negotiating an inflated FIXED RATE estimate, the mover's proceeded to move my stuff. After a few hours after moving, the movers indicated that they couldn't fit any more stuff in the truck AND that my FIXED RATE estimate only covered what they could fit in the truck (with furniture from another two other apartment moves). I ended up calling the police (before I killed the movers) and got the movers to magically fit most of my remaining furniture on the truck. This is when my problems started....
It took over a month past the scheduled delivery date for the movers to deliver my furniture. I called repeatedly and was given one excuse/lie after another (e.g. flat tires, issues with drivers, your stuff is on its way...not really, truck engine problems).
When my stuff finally arrived, even though the contract indicated that they would accept CASH, MONEY ORDER or CERTIFIED CHECK, they refused to accept my money order. They threatened to leave, so I had my wife go to the bank and "return" the money order and get a certified bank check. When my wife returned with the bank check, they claimed that they couldn't accept this check, they needed a CERTIFIED CHECK from the Post Office. My wife got the check from the Post Office and "returned" the check to the bank before these guys (2 men and a young boy about 14) decided to start moving my stuff off the truck. I ended up moving most of the stuff off the truck because I was afraid that they may find an excuse to not take all my stuff off the truck.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These guys totally ripped me off. When they came to pick up my stuff, they recalculated my total to almost double after the truck had already been loaded. I was told the pick up would not be outsourced, but it was. My items were broken and lost upon receipt. I was lied to by the salesperson and, because I called to complain, my items were held indefinitely until I paid my balance in full. Do not use these people!!!! Do not use!!! I'll say it again--> Do NOT use! Any 5 star rating is probably from the company!
