If you want small classes in a welcoming environment with well-trained, talented instructors, then The Exercise Studio is for you. Been going for a few years and always feel better after a good workout...Zumba, Pilates, Yoga and more. Executive Director Millie Miraglia is an inspiration to all her students. Newcomers are as comfortable as "lifers" (The Studio celebrated 25 years! Remarkable by any standard).
