Beware of these people. First they lost my tickets. Then they double billed me again for the replacement tickets and failed to credit. Because the charges fell in two different billing periods, I did not notice the error for several months. When I did, they stalled following up on the problem for many months, saying they could not credit me until they received the first tickets back (the ones that they lost). Finally, they told me there was nothing I could do because they were not required to credit my account after a 6 months (thanks Mastercard for your non-support). Exclusive Tickets said they would give me a $150 credit for future use... and I'm guessing you know what I told them to do with it.
