the drivers of this company are rude, they are all ways on there phone. I have reported van 187 to the tlc

Terrible. My insurance told me they would accomodate me after the other company backed out, and they told me I was never in my system. I am disabled, fighting for Access A Ride, and they gave me nothing but total attitude. I called and gave them a piece of my mind for ruining my day, but felt better after doing so. They lied and told me my insurance lied. Why can't anyone be honest anymore?
