Excellent Limousine & Taxi Service

The best limo company ever , great service and everything was professional

While the driver was on time and courteous, I feel that $90 bill for a one way 20 mile ride without tolls is extreme. I've used other car services and have never been charged THAT much, unless I was going to JFK. So if I have a choice I'd probably not use them again. Reading other reviews is also raising concerns about the level of customer service when things are not going smoothly.

HORRIBLE. left us outside for an hour in clifton at 3 am. i had scheduled a drop off at a nightclub in clifton and return for 3 am. the pick up went smoothly, the driver was professional. the pick up NEVER showed. i had no coat in 40 degree weather waiting for a car that nenver came. then, when we fianlly did get in touch with the company, their response was "it was late i was sleeping its 3 am lady". WOWOWOWOWOWOW. i paid you. he continued to lie to us for an hour about not knowing where the club was (get navigation jerk) and being parked at a diner down the street. we walked at 4 am to a closed diner. he never left his house. i never got an apology the next day or anything. its disgusting that businesses that run like that are still able to remain open.

DO NOT USE EXCELLENT LIMO IN WAYNE NJ!!! If I could give it a zero rating I would. We needed the limo for a funeral and I spoke to the owner about pricing. He called two days before to say their black limo broke down and they could send a white one. Since I wasn't burying Elvis I said no thank you and cancelled. I called another company and got a black limo. The day of the funeral this thief sends his white limo to the funeral home to squeeze money out of me anyway. Since I was with my family, we were the last ones to leave and the funeral director had ushered people into both cars. My only option, because of his greed, was to be embarrassed by the appearance of a white AND black limo no matter what, force all the church ladies out of the car and tell them to drive themselves, or just get the burial over with, since this is the type of ordeal you want to have to think about at a funeral. When I received the bill in the mail, this industrialist had overcharged me an extra hour and $100 over and above the price we had explicitly discussed. I had to call every few days for 3 MONTHS to get to speak to the owner, Jim, who never apologized, called me a liar, said I never cancelled the limo, and offered, after a VERY lengthy, insolent, and heated discussion to only charge me the price that we agreed upon and refund the money he blatantly stole from me. I felt that as a result of his company's disorganization or unwillingness to cancel the limo (which issue was never raised when I was on the phone canceling it), him dodging my calls for 2 months, overcharging me, trying to make a buck at my family's vulnerability, and making me deal with his horrific customer service and disrespect long after the service was rendered, he owed me a full refund. This was where the greed and thievery came out. When I continued and insisted that I cancelled his limo service - evidenced by the fact that I had another limo there and I didn't need a motorcade - he told me he was taking back the $100 that he originally overcharged me and wasn't going to refund anything at all. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. If you have to use this limo company or a donkey, take the donkey.
