Terrible. I asked if they could fit me in on Saturday, and the owner said yes. During the time I was there, I was moved around to 3 different women who all worked on my nails. After the 3rd woman put color gel on my nails, I noticed that they looked lumpy and uneven. I know that she saw this as well, but did not say anything since she knew she didn't have time to fix them. When I asked to have my nails filed down, the owner seemed unconcerned and said that I would have to wait to get them fixed. I had a baby shower to attend so I just paid and left, but my nails looked horrible and I was embarrassed to go out in public.
I am upset that the owner did not care, and the fact that she let me walk out of the salon like that just shows how much she values customer satisfaction.
If they couldn't fit me in, they just should have told me instead of rushing and screwing up my nails. I will never be back and will tell everyone I know not to go there.
