Dr. Frank is one of the most qualified,professional and competent Doctors I have ever met. He does not keep you waiting long, yet he explains things in an understanablde laymens way. He has a great deal of empanthy for his patitents, and is in tune with all of the lattest tests and what they mean. GREAT DOCTOR
