Absolutely the worst customer service. We paid premium price for the Delux class tickets for my family, with children age 5 and 7. The airline blocked the seat reservation, and wouldn't allow my travel agent to reserve seats either. I called multiple times and went to their main branch, airport branch in person to BEG for seating for our 14 hour flight, and they absolutely refuse to do it. I will NEVER CHOOSE THIS AIRLINE again. I never think that I paid premium price for tickets and have to BEG for seating and not going no where. They don't care about customer experience. If they don't have seating together, and asked for the children's age, they should tell me that it's not possible. Instead, they take your money, and tell you they are not obligated to do so. I am thinking of legal action against the company. Any mother/father out there, I hope you agree with my outrage.
