I've been going there regularly for a shine now and love it. My esthetician is Hanna and she always does a thorough job. I've tried laser and I still prefer this place. I buy the packages and I think it's worth it. Flexible hours as well so it's a smooth experience all around

Never go on a Friday night or Saturday night. Even when you have an appointment and get there 25 minutes before they rush you through and leave inches of patches to take the walk ins.
I have been coming here for months and this is the second time it happens. Both times on Fridays and Saturdays. It sucks because you have to go back the next day for them to fix it, I just don't have time for that. Neither do I have time to go at any other time but Friday's or Saturday's.
Sucks!

I like Hanna and she does a great job. I am disappointed, however, in the incentives offered. I spend a lot of money on'm products and wax services yet I never seem to get any good promotions. I have only received one $5 coupon after spending hundreds of dollars on waxes and booking appointments in advance. Customers need to feel special.

Jamie was a really sweet and relatable, she talked me through the wax. Though I've waxed before, I haven't in a long time, so I was very sensitive this time. Her patience and gentle hand was much appreciated.

Jamie is the absolute best. After experimenting with different European Wax Center locations and workers, I must say Edgewater is the BEST. Jamie is super efficient, nice, comfortable, and caring. She is the best!
