I had the best waxing here! I highly recommend Sandy, she was great, it wasn't painful at all! My fears are over I will always be coming back here!

I am extremely upset and appalled. I made an appointment a month ago for today May 25th at 12pm. I received an email confirmation and was excited for my upcoming wax, not to mention I'm going away on vacation and absolutely had to get this done TODAY. I arrived today to a locked door! The location is closed! Why on earth would I be allowed to schedule an appointment and receive confirmation of my appointment on a day the place is closed? Why was I never contacted to let me know they will be closed today? I cannot believe the lack of concern for others schedules. I will be sure to let all my friends and family know of the horrific customer concern and experience. Absolutely disgraceful!

I had an awesome experience today at EWC ave U. My Wax Specialist was Jessica. She was very friendly and made me feel at ease. I've waxed before but it's been a while and it hasn't always been the most peasant experience. She explained everything which I greatly appreciated. The salon was very clean. I really loved the fact that a different applicator was used every time she applied wax, it was super sanitary. I would highly recommend Jessica and this facility.

This was my first time at this wax center, I must say I had a absolutely wonderful experience, the young lady who performed my Brazilian Bikini wax (Janay) was very pleasant and educated me on proper protocols before during and after waxing. Most importantly the hard wax they use is THE BEST, as compared to places I have been before this is wax bearly hurt at all .
