I am extremely upset and appalled. I made an appointment a month ago for today May 25th at 12pm. I received an email confirmation and was excited for my upcoming wax. I arrived today to a locked door! The location is closed! Why on earth would I be allowed to schedule an appointment and receive confirmation of my appointment on a day the place is closed? Why was I never contacted to let me know they will be closed today? I cannot believe the lack of concern for others schedules. I will be sure to let all my friends and family know of the horrific customer concern and experience. Absolutely disgraceful!

I've always had difficult eyebrows and accepted that they will never look good until finding the European wax center. Shirisse is amazing and my brows never looked better. Plus they last for 3 to 4 weeks! I'll never go any place again : )
