European Wax Center

Probably the worst job experience that I have ever had, even though I had only worked there for a short amount of time. It seems nice and orderly on the outside, and it is. Management tries very hard to keep up appearances. But in all honestly, workers have been unfairly fired and are treated like children. The manager called me on her phone from the office while I was in the middle of helping a guest, and SCREAMED into my ear, and then told me not to answer back in front of the guest. I also recently found out that she was talking about me behind my back; "she does everything wrong. what is she, retarded?". Management is VERY unprofessional if they insult their workers behind their backs, and use politically incorrect language. I wasn't the best employee, but really? Retarded? Grow up.
I only recently found this information out, which is why i have decided to post this review. It's a nice place to get a wax, but DO NOT WORK HERE. Try and get this removed in the time it takes for a lot of people to read this.

This place is the best place for any type of waxing. The girls are nice and the rooms are clean, nothing gets re-used. The best girl to go to is LYNETTE in the Richmond Ave location. She is awesome! Very gentle, will ask you what you want exactly and will communicate everything with you about the process and will not try to sell you. She makes you feel very comfortable. make an appointment with Lynette you will not be disappointed!! and the products are amazing get the body polish, your body will be smooth as a baby!

EWC on Richmond Avenue is an overly welcoming and friendly business. The staff at the desk always greets me upon arriving, and after being a customer here for 3 years they don't even need to ask me my name to check me in. I feel comfortable seeing any of the girls for my services because they all do a wonderful job as per my experiences. They are kind and honest, I definitely recommend coming here.

The girl who I went to get waxed for was amazing. She was extremely quick and knew exactly what she was doing. What should have been a painful procedure was pretty much no big deal. All the people who work there are professionals. The staff is so nice and the place is very clean. I would definitely recommend this place to every girl looking to get waxed.

My experience with Jessica at European Wax Center on Richmond Ave has been great. She has provided a professional and comfortable environment for my waxing experience. She is always on time, courteous and does a great job on my Brazilian and underarm which I go every 3 weeks to have done. I will only go to her for I have found that my experience with her has been the most effective. She makes sure I have the correct products and the the most up to date information. I highly recommend EWC and Jessica.
