I had a very bad experience at the Bell Blvd shop. The tech, who is new to the field, made a mess of me, and my wax. I had strings of wax all over my thighs, stomach, and rear-end. She was rushing through the process, and when I asked her why, she said that she thought I was in a rush- I never said a word, and neither did she. No chit-chat, less than zero customer service. When I asked her to clean me up she said it comes off in the shower, but I didn't want to have the wax remnants all over my clothes. She than proceeded to scrub my freshly waxed shin.
When I emailed EWC to let them know about my bad experience it took about three days for corporate to answer me, letting me know that Bell Blvd management would be contacting me- which still has not happened. I've been a customer for about five years now, going to different locations- twice to Bell Blvd, and now I'm not too sure that I will continue to be a customer. Just to note I've never written a review in the internet before, but want to make others aware. Their services are not cheap, and should be performed by a professional, well trained aesthetician. I did not name the young woman who helped me b/c I feel it is EWC's responsibility to make sure their representatives are trained as I mentioned above.
