NEVER go here. The man told me that he could clean a $600 bag of mine, and he ended up completely ruining it. Originally the leather was the softest leather I had ever felt, literally like butter, and he made it feel like PLASTIC. Also, he spraypainted it a whole new color instead of cleaning the old color like I had asked. The original color could still be seen inside the bag, while the outside of the bag was the ugly painted color. The purse has little brass studs on it, which were covered with paint as well. And the purse has tassles, half of which were the old color and the other half of which were the painted color. Basically he lowered the value of the bag from $600 to $5.00, and he tried to tell me (yelling) that he had done a good job. I am absolutely appalled at the lack of skill and professionalism at Aurope.
