Great driving school full of amazing people

Unfortunately, I can't rate how good the instructors are because the receptionist was so extremely rude, I ended up thanking her and hanging up. Put a one star rating ONLY because its the only way to rate the business!

Mr. Jack is a GREAT instructor - he is very punctual, friendly, understands your weak areas and makes you work on it. HE is a very knowledgeable man due to his extraordinary experience and makes sure you understand all you need to know. THANK YOU "EUROPA" Driving School & "North Avenue" Driving School =]

While the lesson itself was fine, the front office is highly unprofessional. They gave me a problem redeeming my gift certificate 2 1/2 years later, although they explicitly told me I could redeem it anytime. Then I was given an arbitrary expiration date. They have no policy on this, so dont buy one from here. Nor did they communicate that only the person receiving the lesson may sit in the car, although my friend was the one who recommended this school, and she was allowed to sit in the backseat several years ago. Then, instead of apologizing, I was told that they know their business, and I know mine. If you want to run a successful business, you have to communicate your unwritten "policies" to clients.
