Very good at repairing cars. But dishonest. I brought my car 18 year old Mercedes in because the transmission made a funny noise. Heinz said he would look at it. I pointed out several other problems that needed attention: motor mounts, an idling issue and a few other things.
He called me and said the car was ready. I came in to pick up the car and the bill was $2500. When I asked him about the noise in the transmission he said that I needed a new transmission. I said I wouldn't have done the other repairs if I knew it needed a new transmission.
