I've been coming here for almost a year for waxing and I love it. The staff is professional, I get my reminder calls and the young lady that waxes always does a great job.

I've been coming here on and off since 2012 and I've had mostly positive, 5 star experiences.

Until this morning, when they took my cash and stuffed me in a filthy stand-up booth that had hair all over the place, candy wrappers and two bulbs with burn outs.

Management lost touch and the lunatics are running the asylum.

I've been coming here for over a year for waxing services. I was so happy with the quality of the service that I purchased their monthly membership for waxing. But low and behold, the girl that did my waxing for over a year suddenly left the job. They brought in another girl recently and i gave her a chance but she did a horrible job. She was tugging and pulling on my skin, and also left stray hairs that she claimed were too short even though i never had that problem. I quickly cancelled my membership after that service and never went back. So sad that they didnt get someone professional to replace their previous employee :(
