I bought the morning special of coffe and a bagel. The counter associate burnt my bagel because she was helping another customer with lotto. The supervisor was there and said I can have a refund but that I would have to repurchase the coffee (which I had already begun to drink). It's ridiculous that the coffee wasn't on the house since it was their fault they burnt the bagel. The supervisor tried for at least 10 minutes to get the register to give a refund yet she couldn't get it open. Terrible customer service, inept workers, and a rude useless supervisor. Eat at Dunkin Donuts or Angelina's if you're in Terminal 8 at JFK.
