I just had my first microdermabrasion with Heather.
I am thrilled with the results and Heather herself. My skin looks great and Heather was professional and courteous. Thanks Heather I will see you soon for a follow- up. Keep up the good work.

The staff is personable and pleasant...
But there is an obvious short coming.

When checking in you may have to wait 10 minutes. The one person on staff (two if you're lucky) is dealing with other clients making shakes and dealing with fitness.

For the money you pay you would think they would hire someone just to deal with their spa clients.

Booking an appointment is a nightmare. You may be placed on hold or the phone rings 6 or 7 times before being picked up.
