I cracked the screen on my laptop so I brought it into the shop. I got the estimate, a reasonable price for both the new screen and replacing it, right there and told me that it would be ready for pick up in a few hours. Not even two hours passed and I was told it was ready for pick up. It was quick and fairly priced.

Reprobate. Eric (the owner of the store) took advantage of the kids who played video games in his store. 8 years ago, when I was 10 years old, I played computer games excessively in his store - going for several hours (2-4) regularly. And, even though it was apparent that I had a problem he never said anything. Rather, he exploited my problem and sold me games at exorbitant prices (once he inflated the price of a game accessory from $5 to $50).

I open dumb emails and get myself into jams with viruses. These guys took the time to explain things to me and completly fixed up issues with my laptop and destop computer. decent prices and fast service, what more could you want, wish the store was cleaner or more orginized looking
