We moved here from TriBeCa and absolutely love it. The amenities here are amazing, the staff from the concierge to the maintenance team are extremely helpful and responsive. The building management is accessible, and constantly looking for ways to improve residents experience.
Our biggest regret was that we didn't move here sooner. I highly recommend this building and cannot say enough positive things.

We have lived here at the Estuary for 2 fabulous years. Our lease is up, we have purchased a home, otherwise we would have stayed longer. The building and beautiful setting on the Hudson speaks for itself.
The Leasing office- Joe, Doug, Sellena, Victor and his team, the Concierge team and the ladies on the housekeeping team who keep the buildings so clean and polished-- Everyday , Every-Day, without fail, All have always made us feel like we were "Home". Thank you , for making these past 2 years of our lives special.

We locked ourself out of our apt and it cost us $150.00 to get back in. There was no one at the front desk from maintenance on hand. So the front desk calls this guy at home which he then shows up in a cab, gets the spare key and walks us to our apartment, lets us in and then catches another cab back home. I don't know why the person at the front desk couldnt just have handed the spare key to us and I would have brought it back. To be fair to the apt complex it does state this in our contract. Come on - Really!!!
