Waiting time was always over 1 hour and only saw the doctor for about 3 minutes. Dr. Vlad Bargman not only prescribed the wrong medicine, but when consulted for the second time, to go over the misdiagnosis, he couldn't be any less helpful. The first diagnose obviously wasn't correct and the doctor didn't care at all about finding out what was the real issue.
