Children's parties beware!!
After being told be multiple people several weeks in advance that I would be able to use tables under the pavilion for a small (15 person) birthday party, on the day of the party the whole pavilion was reserved and we were kicked out to the boat area with no shade by a person working the boats. Then about an hour later, a person claiming to be "the boss" said all the people I had talked to didn't know what they were talking about and moved use AGAIN to a grassy area by the play ground with no seats. The park is beautiful but don't waste your time trying to have a small simple party here - there is no constant policy and no communication among staff...
