Escape is a wonderful place with DELISH food, amazing dance music, beautiful decor and ambiance!
Just celebrated my bday there in style. Celia as always a gracious host! All of our leftovers were wrapped and send home! I was able to update number of people till few hours before the party with no issues and no penalties! We will be back and not once. Thank you Celia!

Chef Bryan Gregg never fails to provide a delightful dining experience. His use of Jersey sourced ingredients is nothing short of brilliance. I always feel at home there and am assured of a perfectly prepared and presented meal. My favorites are his fish dishes, but you can't go wrong with the EM burger for lighter fare. And no meal is complete without a side of grits. Definitely the best!

Delicious and beautifully presented food from start to finish! Courteous and helpful staff! The only negative may be that it seemed a bit pricier than similar restaurants (I'd guess $4-6 more on average per item) However, this may be offset by the fact that it was BYOB which lowers bill considerably for groups enjoying alcohol with dinner. Everyone in our party thoroughly enjoyed what they chose. I personally loved the Kale veggie side (which I had as an appetizer), the seared tuna appetizer, and the salmon. My companions loved their zucchini blossoms, steak and duck. I believe it's a new restaurant with farm-to-table concept. Worth a try!

I've been to Escape over 10 times and have had some of the best meals since moving to NJ 10 years ago. Only the freshest, locally-sourced ingredients are used to create creative, delicious dishes.
I've done an all fish 5-course omakase dinner and also a 7-course omakase dinner where the chef cooks whatever he pleases and it ended up being us who were pleased.
Plus...BYO, so a chance to uncork those great bottles.
