I have found that when searching for real estate agents, everyone “knows a guy”. Usually, the recommendation is not based on merit but friendship or some other relationship. While I understand helping out a friend, I am looking for the best agent based on ability and knowledge.
That is why I highly recommend Erik Kobley if you are looking for a realtor. Erik’s understanding of the market is only surpassed by his compassion and honesty. I have worked with numerous real estate agents in the past and, at times, didn’t feel like they had my best interests at heart--I never worry about that with Erik. If you want an agent that will help you navigate the real estate market, use Mr. Kobley.
