After being a yoga skeptic, my first experience at Asali Yoga Harlem was so enlightening. I enjoyed being at a space that was warm and inviting for me to fully let my guard down and experience the openness of yoga. It was such a great experience, and I implore anyone in the neighborhood to take a class and open yourself to what Asali Yoga Harlem has to offer.
