Erica Balch LPC, LCADC

I saw Erica for two years and in that time she saw me through some very big storms. My best friend and I referred to Erica as "the gift" because we only recommended her to those we really cared about. Erica is non-judgmental, patient, knowledgeable, genuine and really just has a good mind for untangling the knots that are our own lives and selves.

I started seeing Erica when I felt that I needed someone to talk to other than friends, family etc. I was apprehensive at first to let someone hear about my past that I didn't even talk with my friends about. After my first session with Erica, I felt a burden lifted off my shoulders. I continued to see Erica every week and this helped me recognize to live in the present and not dwell on the past. Because of Erica, I was able to move on with my life, and be a better version of myself. I am so thankful to Erica, and could not have asked for a better therapist. Years later, I am able to e-mail Erica and ask her for "tune-up" visits, and she is still there for me and fits time into her schedule. I highly recommend Erica as a therapist.

I started seeing Erica early in the year and she has been a huge part of my healing process. I truly believe shes a genuine person and really cares for my well being. I felt very comfortable when I first sat down with Erica. We are dealing with areas that I never thought I had a problems with and I am really starting to feel good about myself. Erica saved my marriage and my life... I was always one that thought I was the odd man out but Erica helped me realize that I am not. She helped me live life at 90% that means 10% is what life gives you and 90% of it is how you react and what you create. She is very honest and I am glad that I found her or I would be lost!!

Seeking mental health treatment is never easy. We are usually in some form of denial and finding the courage necessary to discuss really intimate issues is difficult. Not with Erica Balch.
