Equinox Great Neck

I love this gym. The staff is great. The place and equipment is all awesome. It even smells nice. Even at peak times, it isn't too busy and there is always open equipment.

My one quibble is that they really don't care how godawful the music is in the locker rooms. They say its just a matter of taste, but the fact is they are locked in a contract and are playing the cheapest, crappiest stuff possible.

I have been an Equinox member since mid-2009. I began my membership at the Murray Hill location and have since transferred my membership to the Great Neck location. I love the Great Neck location. It's more spacious and very clean compared to its city counterparts. The cleaning staff is on a nonstop schedule and they are very meticulous. The ladies room, showers and changing areas are always immaculate. The staff is always smiling and the supplies here are always well-stocked. The cardio machines are varied and abundant. They also have a nice mix of classes. That's why I frequent this gym 3-4 times a week rain or shine. I simply feel better and better each time I finish working out here.
You'll feel like you've died and gone to gym heaven.
