Each Equinox, while all are quality facilities, has its own kind vibe driven by the combination of staff and clientele. I have been a member with a pass that allows me to use two facilities, I had an interest in checking out the Union Square facility as I am frequently in that neighborhood. I made the request to Rebecca at the facility and it was promptly dismissed. I was offered the opportunity to pay $35 dollars for the privilege of experiencing that facility or to upgrade my membership. This is not good customer service, nor does it promote loyalty, especially in the context of all the "free " trial memberships floating around.
