Because the product I received was a gift from my mother and I had to return it with her because it was damaged I'm going to address the problems here seperatley
-first, there shouldn't be any damage, the store should check it's merchandise, not me, the customer, as I was told.
-second, what ended up in my mother unnescesarily losing her cool was the supervisor turning, while holding the merchandise we were trying to exchange and speaking to her employee in another language, this is extremely unproffesional towards the customer
-thirdly, if what the supervisor said was true (that she wasn't talking about us, but reprimanding her employee) the supervisor shouldn't be lecturing her employees in front of customers, it's embarrassing for the employee and unproffesional towards both the employee and customer
I'm just going to conclude that over all, there is nothing inherently wrong with shopping here, but since this is a small store selling relatively cheap merchandise, you get what you pay for.
