Envy Nails

I also had a problem here. I had went there to get a fill-in. I walked off the street which I understand I had to wait. I waited 20 minutes and decided to come back the very next day and made an appt for Phil for 1:00 pm. The next day I went in for my 1:00 appt and was told that Phil was in the back eating. ok, I waited and waited. Finally I inquired "is he finished?" Then I was told by Lee that he isnt there. WHAT? I waited for him and he wasnt ever there? I havent been back to that place in over 5 months.

I, Jennifer Boehm called this nail salon to see if the nail artist, Phill was working there. It turned out that he was. I spoke to him directly. He wanted me to get my nails done. I told him that I could only get my nails done on Monday at 1:30 PM. He said okay. Then, I told my father what happened. He told me that I could schedule the appointment over the weekend. I called back to change the appointment time. Someone told me that Phill left. I was unsure if it was just a little while or for the entire day. I called back a third time to reschedule this appointment. The receiptionist told me that I have a 5:30 PM appointment with Phill's brother. She took my phone number to give to Phill so that he could call me back. Nobody called me back the next day. I called Envy Nails to straighten out the confusion. The receiptionist told me that Phill is going back to school and his brother does not do nail designs. Phill got on the phone with me to tell me not to come in to get my nails done.
