- Terrible #71321

The worst customer service and management we had ever dealt with. We have rented from other Enterprise and other rent-a-car facilities and had never ran into any problems but this one could not even provide us with any service or, let alone, assist or work with us in procuring the very service they are trying to offer. We successfully brought our business somewhere else. Now we'll think twice before renting at Enterprise.
