Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Good service, nice car. Need to eliminate the cleaner/deodorant sprayed on the car seats. Need to get my suit cleaned every time I rent a car.

Enterprise provides a great service. I use them about once a year, usually when my car is in the shop. They have never disappointed me. They have courteous, hard working staff.

Enterprise @ Wayne, NJ has fantastic customer service and they always have a car ready for me ! Great job !

Of the last 2 rentals:
First- Monday reservation - called an hour before reservation for pick up, then again 30 minutes beforehand - never was picked up, and had to cancel reservation so as not to miss meeting
Second - Wednesday reservation- called in the AM for a 2pm pick up but was advised this can't be done as it too early and only 2 associated working. Then called at 1:45 for 2pm pick up, got transferred, asked again and was advised cars not ready for 3pm
Reservation, actually they have to find one, and I can't be picked up - but we'll call in 30 minutes. That was 60 minutes ago!

I would say it was a disappointing service experience.

Although everything wasn't exactly as I ordered it ~ they did their best to accommodate and compensate. I would definitely use them again!
