Great service & good Car. My only complaint was the $24.00 a day for insurance that i was charged.

Extremely professional and truly customer service-oriented. This is my first experience with Enterprise....loved the car and the staff aimed to please...my reservation was for
8:00 am and car was "waiting for me". Indeed, Enterprise is like a "good neighbor"....
I no longer need to search for a car rental service...from now on, it's ENTERPRISE all the way!

Upon further reflection I'm editing my review. my experience is all positive. this is a good local rental office. not to be confused with, or expected to be, a huge airport operation. Andrew the manager, was willing to help me find the car that best suited my needs.
