Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had a great experience -- everyone was cordial and the VW vehicle was extremely comfortable.

The Assistant manager is not the best. All you will hear is what she CAN NOT do for you, highly unorganized and feels like she's doing you a favor when doing her job. Never follows through or holds herself accountable. I find it quite convenient after I was left flabbergasted over the poor service and checked there 1 star rating online to know surprise they have 3 great reviews since then. Sure there bogus.
I recommend the Maplewood location there great.

Fine fine car. I sailed like the wind for the three days I had that car. It was real groovy man!!!

Very upset with how the car return was handled. My husband rented a car there for 2.5 weeks since his own car had been in an accident. Since it was totally the other guy's fault, our insurance company agreed to pay for a loaner as long as it took to fix our car. It took 3 weeks but Enterprise kept harassing my husband about when he was going to return the car! He explained to them as soon as his car was fixed! When the car was fixed and my husband went to return the loaner car to the Verona location, he was told that he had to return it to their West Orange location because they don't "do business" with that particular body shop! This was the body shop that was approved by our insurance! So now my husband had to be further inconvenienced by Enterprise AFTER he was told that he could return the car to Verona. Very unsettling experience.

Car was available and ready for pick up at the designated time. Checkout was fast and efficient. Would definitely recommend this to others.
