This is my favorite car rental office. The staff is friendly and efficient. They pick you up quickly and get you out quickly when returning the car. Their seasonal weekend rate is unbeatable. Branch Manager Brendan is particularly helpful. I will be back.

My experience with Enterprise rent-a-car is great. They are very accommodating to the need of their customers. Ali and Dan are great from Morris Ave. in Union. They will definitely take care of you. Also the Millburn office in Maplewood, NJ is another excellent place.

Have rented from Enterprise in Union, Morris Ave, for several years, Service has been grate and the service outstanding.

Due to the many rentals, I have had some minor issues with vehicles over time, but they have been resolved quickly and with no consequences to my trips.

I'm always pleased with the level of customer service I've received at the union branch! They have always been very accommodating to my needs and I would definately recommend their services.

Wish I would have dealt with the Millburn branch as suggested by the insurance rep. From the beginning I had issues! I spoke with an employee (Collin) about scheduling a pick up & gave him my exact location & he said the pick up place wasn't a problem & told me to call when I was ready. I called and gave a time and was told to call AGAIN when I was ready. Gave them a call and got a different person (a female who I believe was Ally) who expressed an issue with my pick up location. After being told I couldn't be picked up from there I informed her that I confirmed with the person that scheduled the pick up that my location wouldn't be an issue. She pretty much told me that he didn't know what he was talking about in different words but they would do it this time because that's what i was told. Once I finally made it to enterprise I was met by Collin who assisted me with my rental. I stated to him on the phone & in person that I needed a vehicle that could fit two car seats and have my children comfortable which i thought was clear.. we finally get to the fleet and he showed me my options the 1st was a Camaro which I declined because again I HAVE TWO YOUNG CHILDREN IN CAR SEATS, 2nd was a Dodge Dart which I also declined (at this point I guess he was annoyed) so we get to the 3rd which was a Toyota Corolla that I told him i was fine with taking!! Fast forwarding he brings the car to me & the outside was disgustingly dirty (any time that I've ever rented from them they took it to be washed first) so I requested a wash which I guess added to his attitude! After about 10 minutes he comes back and I got in the car to leave and noticed a light on so i parked and went back inside and asked if it could be checked and documented and with attitude he said it was nothing it was on because of the cold (everyone in the office heard ). After making it clear that i would not take responsibility for anything associated with that light I left! THAT WAS ONLY THE BEGINNING OF THE NASTY CUSTOMER SERVICE! I took the car back and a guy named Brendan checked the car and said that there were scratches that I was being held responsible for which I said I would take responsibility for although they could have been there under all of the dirt since I glanced at the car & signed the papers before it was washed which was stupid on my part. Anyway he told me they had to collect my insurance deductible which I refused to pay until i spoke with my insurance. My insurance company told me not to pay them anything yet until the estimate reached them & that they shouldn't have asked to collect that money on the spot. I called back to inform them about what i was told and of course I got the lovely Miss rude Ally! After going back and forth with me she decided to take the information that I was told to provide to them about the insurance claim, as I was speaking she decided to talk over me making rude remarks so in mid sentence I stopped and let her know she was very rude. Of course she tried to change her attitude but I was already over her at that point so i provided the information and asked that they didn't contact me and to allow my insurance adjuster to contact me with the next as he said he would, her next reply was you're still going to have to pay! DUH, PAYING WHAT I HAVE TO PAY WAS NEVER THE ISSUE I STATED SEVERAL TIMES THAT I'M WILLING TO PAY WHAT I HAVE TO PAY. So to avoid me having to step out of character I kindly ended the call. A few minutes later I get a call and it's Ally who clearly doesn't follow directions well so again I requested that they didn't contact me & for them to go through my adjuster she began telling me that they're still going to contact me so my reply was you're not to call me again because you are very rude and she chuckles and replies "I'm rude hmph". How she has a job in customer service baffles me. They lost a WHOLE family who rents from them often because of the attitude and poor customer! This location will not be around much longer! They fail to realize that they're burning bridges!
