Have been an Enterprise user for years because my in-law does operations for Enterprise in Scotland. Getting the family discount is tricky, a veritable jump the hoops ordeal. The offices in Queens have pretty surly people working there, and as well if we needed to come get the car a little bit earlier or a little bit later, the timing was always off, and the waiting time was long. Sometimes though, there are some bright spots with a few great people that I have met through the years that were super pleasant and bent over backwards to help and get us out on time and with the most personable assistance possible. It's a crapshoot. They are also more expensive than other rental car agencies and I hate that they are never open Sundays, so you always have to pay for that extra day, even if you could have the car back Saturday night. Shame that, because sometimes you also want to rent the car for Sunday only. Perhaps that could change, they have come a long way.
