Good service, good cars but they don't rent E-ZPass

This was my first time renting a car. I usually drive a friends car. I must admit I was nervous that I would be hustled or end up driving a piece of garbage. This was not the case, I was contacted by Peter letting me know because of the holiday weekend people were lined up at the door for vehicles. 15 minutes after I arrived Peter had a car for me. Even after that crowd. The car was a well taken care of Chevy Malibu and it was a pleasure to drive. The experience in and out was very straightforward and simple. I really appreciate that. I appreciate the honesty and hard work of the people at Enterprise car rental. Peter and his team did an amazing job considering they delivered and cleaned a car to showroom clean in 15 minutes. My rental was also upgraded which was much appreciated. Will rent again.

I have been renting cars from Enterprise at 2100 Hylan Blvd for years. The staff is amazing and it's always a pleasant experience. The rates are reasonable and I always like the car I drive. Definitely recommend this place.

Mazda in Staten Island approved us for a rental but we live in Brooklyn and Peter from enterprise Staten Island didnt wanna make a phone call to an Enterprise location in Brooklyn to explain them how to bill Mazda and insisted we should tell Enterprise in Brooklyn to call him... Which they refused...
Peter also said he will leave a note for Nick who works the next day about our rental and how to bill Mazda but he didn't and the next day Nick had no clue what we're talking about and wasn't interested to help us.
But later that day we got in touch with someone Josh who also works there and he was super helpful.
He called the Brooklyn Bath ave location for us and gave them all the billing details and then Brandon in the Bath ave location got everything done for us.
