Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I was one of the 5th customer when this branch open since then lot of changes in personnel over there service is top notch they go out of way to make you feel comfortable always give me upgrade without charging me extra when car i rent is now available

Enterprise in Passaic, NJ is by far the best Enterprise location I've experienced thus far!!! The entire staff is persistent in making the renting process quick and easy and have blown me away with their customer service. Chrysta is AMAZING! She was the person I interacted with the most and I can honestly say she is the reason I will rent there again!

I rented from this Entreprise because I have used their other locations many times and this location had the best price for my last minute trip. They offered me a free upgrade with great gas mileage. Alex was very patient with me and my indecisiveness lol!

For several years now, renting 10-12 times/year, I've had nothing but excellent service from this Enterprise location. In general, I've had nothing but excellent service from Enterprise overall and it is now my GoTo rental service in the US and Europe. As an independent contractor, I travel on behalf of clients. Because of corporate accounts, or discount options, I've been steered to use other car rental services on occasion - from Alamo/Budget to Hertz Gold and still think Enterprise is the best and the service at this location is the best of the best. Patient, courteous, quick, helpful. Definitely five stars.
