Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Easy location to rent. People are friendly. They called me before hand to check if i am coming. only thing was car was not washed and they gave me 10% off but would be nice to have clean car instead of smell and dirt inside and also fuel was about 3/4th tank when they gave me which was ok but would have been helpful if it was full. Small things matter in life

Customer Sevice was good and handling was prompt and courteous. The agent was pursuasive to get insurance for various items, even though I declined and explained the reasons. I suppose she was doing her job, but otherwise she handled the rental professionally.

I had a really bad experience at the Enterprise on route 9 old bridge NJ. when i went to rent the car and the lady came outside to make sure the car wasn't damaged she told me to look around the car to see if there was any scratches or damages. But she never told me to look on top of the car. when I returned the car and the man came outside to check the car and told me that the car had dents on top of the car, i told him i had no idea that those dents were there. anyway to make a long story short they stuck me with the damages of the car that was already there, saying that they don't rent damaged cars. i think they just had to blame someone on an overlook they did on the last renter.. the manager there did'nt even have the curtesy to talk to me because she's the one that rented me the car and didn't want to admit she was wrong and did'nt thoroughfully looked at the car. Very nasty the Manager and the salesperson there.He was finding excuses how that could of happened, he said a hail storm could of done that. there was no hail storm in NJ this weekend. and if it was a hailstorm it would of damaged my hood more than on top of the doors, unbeleivable. to all renters make sure you look on top of the cars not just the sides. because they will get you especially if you dont get their insurance.

Great Service, Always helping and are very polite. They care for the customers and who anything to fullfill customers needs and expectations. I have been renting since last 1 year but never had a problem.

They are the worse rent a car place that I ever did business with in my life. I used them through my insurance company as my car was being fixed. First of all when I picked the rent a car up it was filthy dirty and I was told that they had no time to get it clean. Real professional. It costs me, twenty dollars to clean it. I am also a EZ Pass customer and they charged my credit card for the toll violations with the service fees. They are the worse. The Enterprise that I did business with was located on US Highway 34 in Matawan, NJ. Their office is in Delta Collision who did a great job repairing my 2013 Audi. I wish I could say good things about Enterprise but they are horrible.
